We, at GO Sales Inc., are confident that you will be very pleased with the operation of your new Fireplace Door and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of this product we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Note: We do not except returns on Fireplace Doors that have been altered by the customer in anyway. Fireplace Doors that are ordered with Flares are Custom Made and are not returnable.

Contact GO Sales Inc. at 1-877-663-7454 for a return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions. Any product sent back without a RMA# is considered abandoned.

The Fireplace Door must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc., and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. All actual shipping and merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Any parts returned damaged will also be deducted from the purchase price. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Items not in original packaging cannot be returned. The Fireplace Door must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Our Fireplace Doors are very reliable, however, if you are experiencing any problems upon purchase, please contact us. Your full warranty will apply.
