"Same Day Shipping" on all standard doors when order is placed prior to 2:30pm PST/5:30pm EST.
All special order doors ship within 3-5 days. These are doors that require "Flares" or "Riser Bars". These doors are made to order and require additional manufacturing time.

Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
